American Country Chairs

Although they may look a simple design, these turned out to be a fascinating challenge.  I was given one original from which I had to take all the measurements and do exact copies!  As all the turned pieces were done by hand and eye, one can imagine the time it took to make exact replicas.  The staining and colouring comes with experience, so for me was not an issue.  For the amateur / enthusiast who wishes to stain or colour an item, I am able to advise the student exactly what to do and when.
